Yes. Contact RSB to arrange a private viewing of your preferred property. Share the project, your preferred date and time, and the number of visitors. We will confirm the selected unit, meeting point and access arrangements with you.
The release brings together 14 Casa Varya homes, six Hudson commercial units and 10 Antasari Place studios. Casa has staged release pricing, while Hudson includes just one Corner unit. Yes. You can buy a home or studio to let, or offer Hudson as commercial premises for a tenant. Rental income comes from the lease you secure. Ask RSB to discuss potential rent, tenant suitability and ownership costs for your chosen unit; the income you receive will depend on the agreed rent, occupied periods and expenses.
Purchases can be funded with cash or a bank loan arranged independently by the buyer, subject to the bank's approval. RSB will confirm the property's payment schedule in writing. RSB does not provide seller instalment plans. Your bank sets its own lending limit and may require a higher buyer contribution.
The booking fee is Rp20 million for Casa Varya, Rp50 million for Hudson and Rp20 million for Antasari Place. The down payment is 10% of the agreed property price at contract signing, including your booking fee. You only top up the difference. The remaining 90% is due at agreed completion. Your written reservation sets out payment dates and cancellation or refund terms before you pay.
