RSB’s release is limited to 10 Studios, with individual floors and orientations to compare. Enquire early to review the available choices against your budget and daily routine. RSB will confirm the current price, exact unit and inclusions in a written offer before you reserve.
Request the selected unit's written specification and inclusions list, including its furnishing and appliance details. Review the condition during your visit and discuss what you need for your own use or rental plan before finalising the purchase.
Yes. A Studio can be your own city home or a property to let, with rental income paid under an agreed tenancy. Discuss the chosen unit’s potential rent, furnishing, building charges and letting requirements with RSB. The income you retain depends on the lease secured, occupied periods and ownership costs.
The booking fee is Rp20 million. The down payment is 10% of the agreed Studio price at contract signing, with the booking fee included in full. You pay only the difference at that stage, then the remaining 90% at agreed completion. Payment dates, the reservation period and cancellation or refund terms are confirmed in writing before payment.
You may purchase with cash or a bank loan you arrange independently, subject to the bank's approval. Ask RSB about the selected unit's documents and agreed payment schedule. RSB does not provide seller instalment plans. Your bank sets its own lending limit and may require a higher buyer contribution.
