House, studio or commercial space: choosing your RSB property
A family home, a city studio and a commercial unit answer different needs. RSB's collection brings together Casa Varya in West Jakarta, Antasari Place in South Jakarta and Hudson Studio Loft in Gading Serpong. Begin with the purpose of the property before comparing the headline dimensions or asking prices.

Casa Varya: start with your household
Casa Varya is a housing project in Pegadungan, Kalideres, West Jakarta. Its published Basic and Executive reference plans offer different bedroom arrangements on 105 m² land. Consider how family members gather, work, rest and arrive home. If your priority is a house with separate rooms and a carport, compare the selected Casa units and their written specifications before moving to a price discussion.
Antasari Place: start with your city routine
RSB currently presents Studio apartments at Antasari Place in South Jakarta. The supplied plan shows an area range of 28.40–29.94 m²; the exact area, floor and orientation must be confirmed for the selected unit. Consider your daily journeys, furniture needs, storage and the building's arrangements. A studio should be assessed as the particular apartment you would use, not just as a total area.
Hudson: start with the proposed operation
Hudson Studio Loft is commercial space in Manhattan District, Gading Serpong. Despite the word Studio in its name, RSB presents it as a business property, not a residential studio apartment. Standard and Corner reference configurations have three floors. Think about customer arrival, staff circulation, servicing and fit-out, and confirm that the proposed operation suits the selected unit and applicable requirements.
Use a shortlist that keeps differences visible
Create one row per actual unit. Record project, intended use, unit number, layout, confirmed areas, asking price, inclusions and unanswered questions. Land and building areas describe different things; apartment area is not interchangeable with land area. A single price-per-square-metre figure cannot explain these different property types without context.
Ask for the next piece of evidence
For your strongest option, request the specific plan, written offer and viewing arrangements. If you are exploring letting the property, ask for evidence relevant to that unit and use, including likely costs and applicable building rules. The collection does not provide a guaranteed rental return. Decide which missing details matter most before choosing your next step.
